Plan Refresh Warning: "Query validation failed: No active items were found" after enabling Loaded

Summary:

A new forecasting profile, SP Booking forecasting profile, was created by duplicating the configuration of a working seeded profile. No changes were made to the parameters or the forecasting method. The only modification was enabling Loaded Casuals (week1 through week5, spanning 2016 to 2033 at the TIM_LVL_NAME day level).When running the plan refresh with the newly created forecasting profile and casual options selected, the plan completes with the following warning message at demand engine level.

Query validation failed: No active items were found. Make sure history is loaded for items in plan's date range and that Calculate Proportions job have run successfully (runs in full refresh or after updating history) Expecting: 1 rows, Got: 0 Bind Variables: [], SQL: select count(
