OSP-related notification is being broadcast to all users within the manufacturing segment

We are currently noticing that a manufacturing-related notification is being broadcast to all users within the manufacturing segment.To prevent information overload and ensure the alerts remain relevant, we need to restrict this audience. Please update the configuration so that this notification is only sent to the selected users who are directly related to the OSP (Outside Processing) process.Could you please let us know the process for modifying these user filters, or assist us in updating the distribution list?

Following is the notification message details for reference:
This is the notification email that were set up to let buyers/planners know when there was a change made on a work order for the buyer/planner to review. It lets both know what is going on. The buyers can review any changes that are coming across, like if dates are being pushed out. There are several different messages, like purchase requisition failed to create, requested change on OSP didn’t create, etc. I attached a couple others.  I believe that when this was put this in place by Protiviti they used an IT email address and it started to come through
