Can I submit a ESS job via hyperlink in supplier page

Our requirement is to submit a ESS job in supplier page and pass the supplier number into the job parameter.

We setup a ESS job call PPA Promote to Spend Authorisation. This job will send the email to the supplier and request them to fill up the supplier form like the bank account details so that we can promote the prospective supplier to spend authorisation supplier. I test out the ESS job and it is working fine when I submit from scheduled process. Now I want to add a hyperlink to submit the job automatically from this screen.
