Always Free A1 instances disabled – request re-enable to resize

Hello Oracle Team,

My Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex instances have been administratively disabled.

Any action returns the following error:

“Instance is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.”

Region: us-phoenix-1
Shape: VM.Standard.A1.Flex

Current A1 configuration:

  • Instance 1: 3 OCPUs / 23 GB RAM
  • Instance 2: 1 OCPU / 1 GB RAM

I understand the current Always Free A1 resource limit and I want to resize these instances immediately to comply with the limit.

However, because the instances are disabled, OCI does not allow me to edit the shape or resize them.

Please temporarily re-enable my A1 instances so that I can resize them to within the Always Free limit.
