Unable to Access Triggers and Signals Feature in Oracle AI Agent Studio

Summary:

The requirement is to configure triggers/signals so that an AI Agent can be invoked automatically based on relevant events or conditions within the Fusion application.

For example, we would like to configure an AI Agent to respond to a specific business event or signal and perform the required action based on the event context.

However, when accessing AI Agent Studio, the Triggers and Signals functionality is either not available/visible or we are unable to configure it as expected.
