How to resolve the error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.PJE_DELIVERABLE_TYPES_TL_U2)

Summary:

In Project Execution Management (PEM) while creating values Manage Deliverable Type, getting below error

ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.PJE_DELIVERABLE_TYPES_TL_U2) violated

In order to resolve this I ran the Diagnose and Synchronize Application Data

However, the issue remain the same and the above error keep re-occuring again multiple time.

How to resolve this issue.
