Visual Builder – Validation Rule Based on Address Type

We would like to create a validation rule for the Address Type field.

Our requirement is to validate that at least one Permanent Residence address is available for the employee. If the Permanent Residence address is missing, or if only a Temporary address is available, the system should return an error message and prevent the user from proceeding.

We would like to understand whether this scenario can be achieved using Visual Builder.

In particular, is it possible for Visual Builder to read and evaluate the rows of address data already recorded for the employee and verify whether at least one row has the Permanent Residence address type?
