Mandatory Attachment Requirement for Intercompany Batch Submission

Hi All,

We have a requirement from the customer to make an attachment mandatory when submitting an Intercompany Batch. The objective is to prevent users from submitting the transaction if no attachment has been added.

We have explored the following approaches so far:

1. Page Composer and EL Expressions (through sandbox)

We tried using Page Composer and EL expressions to enforce the attachment requirement. However, we were unable to identify a way to detect whether an attachment is present or make the attachment mandatory at the time of transaction entry/submission.

2. BPM Approval Rules

As an alternative, we tried to reject transactions through BPM when an attachment is not available. While BPM rules can reject transactions in certain scenarios, the approval process for Intercompany transactions depends on the
