Before you begin

  • Confirm that you have access to Agent Studio, Sandboxes, and Smart Actions in the environment.
  • Identify the approved agent template or agent team.
  • Confirm the roles that should be able to use the agent.

Step 1: Enable an agent in Agent Studio

  1. Open Agent Studio.
  2. Search Incentive Compensation
  3. Review the list of available agents
  4. Copy the desired agent template and give the agent a clear name.
  5. Use the preview mode to test the agent before publishing
