Request re-enable or backend resize of disabled A1 instance to 2 OCPU / 12GB - Chuncheon

Hello Oracle Team,

My existing Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance in South Korea North (Chuncheon), ap-chuncheon-1, has been administratively disabled.

Current configuration:

  • Shape: VM.Standard.A1.Flex
  • OCPU: 4
  • Memory: 24 GB

I understand the current Always Free limit and want to immediately resize the existing instance to:

  • OCPU: 2
  • Memory: 12 GB

However, the disabled state prevents me from performing the resize through both OCI Console and OCI CLI.

OCI CLI returns:

409 IncorrectState

Instance is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.

I am not requesting to retain the previous 4 OCPU / 24 GB configuration.
