To Filter Line Manager LOV Based on Selected Department in Redwood Hire an Employee

While hiring an employee using the Redwood Hire an Employee page, we want the Line Manager search/drop-down to display only those employees who belong to the same department selected for the new hire.

Example

If the HR user selects Department = Finance, then when the HR user opens or searches the Line Manager field, the system should display only eligible line managers who belong to the Finance department. Managers belonging to other departments such as HR, IT, Sales, etc. should not be displayed.

Expected Behavior

Department Selection → Line Manager LOV Filtering

For example:

Department = Finance

↓

Line Manager LOV

↓

Display only eligible managers belonging to Finance
