Enabling the Priority Field for Recommendation Profiles

Enable the Priority field to control when Recommendation Profiles refresh—so high-impact profiles can run daily, while lower-change profiles can run weekly or monthly. It gives teams a clearer, more efficient way to manage refresh schedules.

Here’s how to set it up:

1. Open a Recommendation Profile and select +Add.
2. Edit this page In Visual Builder Studio.
3. In Express Mode, choose Configure Fields and Regions.
4. Create a Form Rule, expand Recipient Info, and set Priority to Visible.
5. Switch to Live Mode. Return to the profile and set Processing Rule to Recurring.
6. You should now see the priority field.
7. Publish the change through your organization’s process.
