How to create an AI agent to update employee information?

My goal is to read Performance manager rating and write the value into Talent.
I see 3 possibilities:
- The agent reads an HDL-like custom BIP report and updates the Talent by loading the HDL (it needs to be created from the report)
- The agent reads an HDL-like custom BIP report and updates the Talent by its own
- The agent reads Performance rating by its own and updates the Talent
I don't know what is the easiest way to do so and how to implement, could anyone please provide some guidance?
