The manager cannot view information regarding their subordinates' absences on the Team Schedule

After configuring and enabling the Team Schedule feature in Redwood for the Employee, Manager, and HR Specialist views, employee absences are visible in the Employee and HR Specialist views. What must be done to make the employee's absence visible to the manager?
