ARCS Users are not able to upload the attachment Post object storage configuration sometimes

in Account Reconciliation

Background

We recently configured Oracle Object Storage in Oracle ARCS and successfully migrated the existing attachments. The organization has a paid Object Storage subscription, not a Free Tier subscription. This behavior was not observed in the lower environments during the development and SIT phases.

We have already raised an SR but wants to check in the community as well.

Issues We Are Facing

  1. Attachment upload failure: Users are intermittently unable to upload attachments and receive the following error: “Following error occurred, please contact administrator. Details: Storage limit exceeded for tenancy during upload.”
  2. Temporary recovery after validation: When an administrator selects
