Understanding OCI Billing:Object Storage-Database Backup / Image Storage Size Much Larger Than Data

Hi Team,

We are trying to understand the OCI billing component below:

B91628 OBJECTSTORE
Object Storage - Database Backup / Image Storage

Quantity: 2,569.47 GB-Month

Environment Details
-------------------
We have two OCI DB Systems:
PROD = 1,480 GB
NONPROD = 1,480 GB

TOTAL = 2,960 GB

And that matches the billing item:

DATABASE Block Volume - Storage
Quantity = 2,960 GB-Month

Non-Production hosts both DEV and UAT databases.

Backup retention period is configured for 7 days.
The original BOM does not include a separate line item for:
Object Storage - Database Backup / Image Storage

Therefore, we would like to understand how this storage consumption is being calculated.

1. What exactly is included in "Object Storage - Database Backup / Image Storage"?

Howdy, Stranger!
