Item Import error EGI-2760155 (revision code process status set to Error)

Summary:

We’re using Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and encountered the following error during an Item Import (FBDI):

[Item A] ([Org A]):
Revision code: 0, null – The process status for the identifier with revision code 0, which is associated with the item revision entity and this item, is set to Error. The item cannot be processed any further. (EGI‑2760155)

Some details:

  • The FBDI file contained multiple items and multiple inventory organizations.
  • Only one specific item / org combination failed with EGI‑2760155.
  • All other items and the same item in other organizations imported successfully in the same run.
  • We compared the failing item/org record with the successful ones and couldn’t find any obvious data issue.
