Does Miscellaneous cost have approval workflow for onscreen transaction creation?

Currently I can only find ProjectExpenditureBatchApprovalTask that is triggered by adfdi uploaded for miscellaneous cost. May I know if Oracle supports onscreen transaction creation approval workflow?
