Task details aren't available for this task (FUN-720809) for HCM approval notifications

in Human Capital Management

Hi everyone,

we are facing an issue with approval workflows in Oracle HCM.

Our approval flow is configured so that, once an action (for example, Hiring) is initiated by an administrator, the approval notification is routed to the relevant HR SSC roles based on the configured approval rules.

The notification is correctly generated and delivered to the expected HR SSC users. However, when the user opens the notification, the following message is displayed:

"Task details aren't available for this task. (FUN-720809)"

The issue seems to occur even though the notification is correctly routed to the expected approver.
