Hi Experts, we would like to use V3 Termination.

As we understood we just need to enable the profile options ( ORA_PER_EMPL_TERMINATE_REDWOOD_ENABLED, ORA_PER_EMPL_RESIGNATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED) and to run the process Migrate Employment Data.

Which will be the impacts on already terminated employees?

We are not using approval workflow for termination/resignation.
