Can Safety Stock Be Included in Inventory Min-Max Planning Replenishment Calculations?

Summary:

We have a business requirement to maintain Minimum Quantity, Maximum Quantity, and Safety Stock at the Item-Location (Subinventory/Organization) level.
Currently, Oracle Fusion Inventory Min-Max Planning supports replenishment based on Min and Max quantities. We would like to understand whether it is possible to incorporate Safety Stock into the Min-Max Planning calculation so that replenishment recommendations consider both the minimum stock level and the defined safety stock.
