Configure additional ad hoc misc/resource charge to standard manufacturing work orders

Summary:

The user has a requirement to Configure an ad hoc resource charge to standard manufacturing work orders. User need to be able to charge work misc costs to Mfg work orders in Oracle to capture certain costs outside of inventory, labor or outside process PO.

Requirement to capture additional miscellaneous (Misc) costs at the work order level.

As per the attached Word document, we completed the required setup to capture the additional costs and executed the relevant work order transactions. However, we are unable to achieve the expected result.

Could you please review the setup and transactions and advise us on what might be missing or incorrectly configured?
