Need help with Absence Entry validation formula

Summary:

We have a requirement to check the ending balance of AL plan when employee applies for absence, when the balance of AL plan is negative in the application, a warning message will be triggered.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Entitlement: 12 days per year, accrued weekly
Carryover: Unused balance will be carry forwarded and expiry date depends on assignment. Employees can backdate input the absence records, and the carryforward amount will not be forfeited.

Current behaviour:
When employee applies 3-day absence (2/4/2026-4/4/2026), two days of Carryover plan will be used and one day of AL plan will be used.
