Work Schedule requirement

Summary:

Hi All,

Customer has three different shift types,

Morning Afternoon & Night Shift Employees are rotated between these shifts every month based on the business roster.

Current Challenge

When an employee's shift changes, the public holiday treatment also changes, particularly for employees assigned to the Night Shift.

The requirement is:

Public holidays should be handled differently for Night Shift employees.

Employees assigned to Morning and Evening shifts should continue to follow the standard public holiday calendar.

Each month employees may move between shifts and the system should automatically calculate working days and absences based on the assigned shift schedule.

Since the customer is not using OTL, what is the recommended solution to meet this requirement?
