Process Work Order load using FBDI template- Lot Origination Date

Summary: We have a concern with the Lot Origination Date while loading the Process MFG work orders using the FBDI template.

The item is lot controlled and the lot expiration control is given as item shelf life days. Shelf life days is given as 180 days.

With the above setup we are loading the Work Order FBDI with the lot sheet as blank. The system is automatically creating a lot as per the given setups and associating it with the WO. The expiry date is also being considered based on the shelf life days.

The concern is with the date from which the expiry date is getting calculated. The date is getting calculated from the date of creation of WO. ie, Lot Origination Date is considered as the date of WO creation. This is creating issues in our lot expiry calculation since as per the business process the lot expiry date calculation should be done based on the date of completion of the WO instead of the WO creation date.
