Learning Outcomes missing from Person Profile after course completion

Hi everyone,

we are investigating an issue in Oracle Learning where, for some completed courses, the Learning Outcome configured to be written to the learner’s Person Profile is not available after completion, although the course completion is correctly recorded and the Outcome is correctly configured.

The issue is not consistently reproducible. We have also observed cases where an Outcome was missing from the Person Profile at one point in time and was subsequently available again, as well as discrepancies between environments.

Has anyone experienced similar behavior?

In particular, we would like to understand whether there are any background/scheduled Oracle Learning processes or other application mechanisms that can create, update, remove or restore Learning Outcomes on the Person Profile after course completion
