Populate Valid Grade LOV Based on Selected Job at Position Level

Hi Community,

We have a requirement to populate the Valid Grade LOV based on the selected Job at the Position level.

Currently, we maintain all Jobs in a Common Set. As a result, on the Position page, when we select a Job, the Valid Grade LOV displays all active grades, rather than only the grade(s) applicable to the selected Job.

To reduce the number of values displayed, we created separate Custom Job and Grade Sets based on the Business Unit. With this approach, the Position Change page now displays only the active grades associated with the particular Business Unit.
