Synchronize Person assignment from Position not updating managers

Summary:

Position synchronization is not updating the managers if the hire date of employees' is before Position synchronization enablement date.

We enabled position synchronization in August 2026. When manually hired from 1st Jan 2026 as of effective date of today (8th Sept 2026), Line managers are not getting synced. I ran refresh manager hierarchy as well as "Synchronize Person assignment from Position" ; still it is not working as expected.
