Fusion 26C – Security Console Users and Roles pages are blank

Summary:

After the 26C quarterly upgrade, the Oracle Fusion Security Console opens in the Redwood URL pattern:

https://<pod>/fscmUI/redwood/security-console/main/landing

However, the Users and Roles pages do not load their search area, results, or action controls. Only the Security Console shell/header and bottom navigation are displayed. Please refer to the attached screenshot.


Business impact

Security administrators are unable to search users, review or manage role assignments, create or update roles, and perform user-account administration through Security Console. This affects day-to-day security support and role provisioning activities.
