26C Synchronize Position Name and Blank Position Values Using Synchronization From Position Issue

We enabled the 26C feature to sync Position name and Blank Position Values into assignment using the position sync process. This config was done on enterprise HCM configuration page. Post the first run of "Synchronize Person Assignments from Position" process assignment names were updated with Position Names.

However, we see an issue were with every single run of the scheduled process "Synchronize Person Assignments from Position" additional rows are added with incremental effective sequence on top of stack assignment row even when there are no attributes to be synced.
