Bill Transaction Creation on Cost Import applicability for interproject scenario

We have enabled the "Bill Transaction Creation on Cost Import" feature in our lower pod to check its behavior. But, it doesn't seem to work for interproject scenarios.

We have enabled the "Bill Transaction Creation on Cost Import" feature in our lower pod to check its behavior. But, when we import the cost on an interproject project, though the system submits "Maintain Bill Transactions” process, the cost doesn't appear automatically in the bill transactions work area of OTBI. When we run the Generate Invoices process, the same cost starts appearing in the OTBI.
