Not able to Release Make recoomendations to EBS

in Supply Chain Planning and Collaboration

Summary:

Hi team, we are having source in ebs and planning in SCP cloud, we need to release recommendations to EBS.

During self service load the load worker and Import programs are errored stating the error as below, but the user is assigned with "APS release" Responsibility.

Any inputs would be of great help.

Errors:

MSCSLD: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

msc_apcl_release: initialize_session: Error encountered - ORA-20002: User not defnied or not assigned to the responsibility - 'APS RELEASE'
