Not able to add values in DISABILITY_CATEGORY lookup

  1. Neither it is not allowing to additional country tags.
  2. Nor it is allowing to add same meaning. It is flagging it as a duplicate.

Now I want to add "+GB" tag to the lookup code available above, it does not allow

If I add a separate value for "+GB" system will give error that this meaning already exists.

So, it will not be a good idea to create another meaning with name as "Visual impairment GB" or "Visual impairment GB"

Can anyone help please.
