Display of Accrual balance on different milestone dates

Summary:

In our Client system, there is a front-loaded yearly accrual plan that calculates accrual based on an accrual logic during every plan term. As per the custom accrual logic, this calculated accrual value gets modified whenever there is a grade change/working hours change/BU change. In that case, once the accrual gets re-calculated, UI displays the latest accrual balance alone, at this point we do not have the earlier accrual balance that was calculated prior to the working hours/BU Change. In UI we see only the latest accrual balance. Our Client wants to view both the prior and new accrual balance
