Is there a supported way to customize/edit the title of the pop-up modal window that appears when a candidate clicks the hyperlink within the Legal Disclaimer checkbox label on the External Career Site?

Specifically, we need to change the default title "Terms and Conditions" (or "Condiciones" in Spanish) to a custom label.
