We have a business requirement to restrict the usage of certain Account Aliases for subinventory XYZ, which is designated for Customer-Owned Inventory.

Currently, users are able to perform Account Alias transactions against this subinventory, resulting in offsetting cost accounting entries. Since the inventory is customer-owned, these transactions create an unintended financial impact and are not aligned with the expected inventory ownership and costing behavior.
