Want to reverse over-completion quantity for process work orders
Summary:
On a Process WO, user has over-completed the output by mistake.
WO is in Completed status now with extra output quantity reported (750 instead of 500). I wanted to reverse the extra 250 quantity. For that i went into the Report Output completion from Review Dispatch List, and created a "Reverse" transaction instead of Complete for the extra 250 qty. Got transaction successful message, but i cannot the quantity has not reduced on the WO (under Operations → Output). It still shows as 500 (750) against that Output item on the WO..!
So, how to handle this now!??
