Unable to zero out Absence balances (Comp Time plan) for terminated/inactive employee

Hi Experts,

We've had issues clearing absence balances (making them zero) on employees that are no longer employed. This is on vacation, vacation wellness and sometimes .01 on comp balances. We receive errors when trying to zero the balance and have asked others in the past and were told it couldn't happen.
