Time Assistant Agent AI feasibility Question

Summary:

We have thousands of seasonal employees who complete paper timesheets manually. Employees enter their time by hand, and their supervisors sign the timesheets. At the end of each pay period, all timesheets are sent to the payroll administrators for processing.

I have the following questions:

  1. Can the current Time Entry Assistant AI Agent read scanned PDF timesheets containing handwritten entries and supervisor signatures?
  2. If PDF or handwritten-timesheet processing is not currently supported, is Oracle planning to add this capability in a future release? If so, is there an estimated timeline?
  3. Can multiple timesheets be uploaded and processed at once? For example, could we scan more than 1,000 timesheets into one PDF or divide them among approximately 10 PDF files and upload them together?
