Item Quantities (Redwood) page does not allow you select all records using checkbox?

Header "select all" checkbox on the Item Quantities Redwood page does not select any rows.

On the Item Quantities page (Redwood), the results grid header displays a checkbox above the row-selection checkboxes, in the same row as the column headers (Item, Organization, Ownership, Control, LPN, Lot Number). This checkbox appears intended to select/deselect all rows in the result set, consistent with standard Redwood grid behavior. However, clicking this checkbox does not select any rows — no row checkboxes become checked, and no bulk action buttons (Create Transfer Order, Create Miscellaneous Transactions, etc.) become enabled as a result.
