Salary Basis and Salary AMount in ORC

Summary:

In the create job offer - salary section, the Salary amount field is automatically populated. Everytime i change the salary basis to either annual, hourly or weekly, the salary amount field is populated with corresponding value.

I dont mind the salary amount field, getting automatically populated, but i noticed that the salary amount for the hourly which is so huge which does not make sense. How should this properly configured?

Salary AMount for Annually, automatically populated and the value is acceptable

Change the Salary Basis to Hourly, the salary amount field is automatically populated with a huge amount and is incorrect
