Hi team !

Is it possible to configure different rating scales within the same Performance Document?

Specifically, we need:

  • Manager evaluation: Numerical rating from 1 to 100
  • Employee self-evaluation: Descriptive rating (e.g., Developing, Developed, Highly Developed)
  • This configuration should apply only to the Goals section.

Is this supported through Performance Management configuration? If so, what is the recommended configuration or workaround?
