We are unable to create/test a SOAP Adapter invoke connection in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Details:
Connection Type: SOAP Adapter (Invoke)WSDL imported successfully after resolving schema/XSD dependencies.

During connection test, OIC throws SOAPADAPTR-20009.The WSDL package contains WSDL and dependent XSDs.

Need assistance validating whether the supplied WSDL is an abstract WSDL or if there is an issue with binding/service endpoint resolution in OIC.
