Adding New Position Profiles on the Request a New Position transaction

Hi Experts,

Currently on the Associated Profiles page of the Request a New Position transaction, we can only associate existing Position Profiles to the new position. Has anyone experienced this bottleneck before? Is there a way to create a net-new position profile and attach it to the position in the Request a Position action?
