AI Agent - Transaction Management Workflow Error

Afternoon, on 26C and I was looking into the AI Agent - Transaction Management Workflow and wanted to duplicate it to use a different LLM and set the security, no other changes were made to flows or properties.

However it doesn't allow me to publish the copy as their is an error in the OverrideApproval action, this error is also present in the delivered version. The error that asks to debug is: Invalid expression: node 'OVERRIDEAPPROVALACTION' cannot reference output from node 'TRANSACTION_FILTER' at this point in the workflow

I'm not that familiar with the flow and this type of configuration so is it possible, and can this be corrected?
