Fusion ERP 26C-Unable to run "Index AI Agent Studio Assistant Documents" ESS jobs for AI Agent Studi

Summary:

We have recently upgraded our Oracle Fusion ERP environment to Release 26C and are currently evaluating the AI Agent Studio / Integrated AI Help Agent capabilities.

As part of the setup, Oracle documentation indicates that the following scheduled processes should be run to index the AI Agent Studio content:

  • Index AI Agent Studio Assistant Documents
  • Index AI Agent Studio Assistant Objects and Attributes

However, in our environment, the “Index AI Agent Studio Assistant Documents” ESS job is not completing successfully. The process remains in a Retrying state and does not successfully complete.

We would appreciate guidance from the Oracle community on the following:
