Oracle HCM Reporting - Disable or Hide Parameter Based on Selection of Another Parameter

Summary:

We have two report parameters, Payroll Name and Consolidation Set, and need to make them mutually exclusive.

When a value is selected for Payroll Name, the Consolidation Set parameter should be disabled, hidden, cleared, or display only Not Applicable. The same behavior is required in the reverse direction when a Consolidation Set is selected.

Is there any supported configuration, recommended design, or product capability to achieve this requirement in Oracle HCM Cloud reporting? If this is not supported, what is the Oracle-recommended alternative for enforcing mutually exclusive parameter selection in BI Publisher and OTBI reports?
