Mass Change Item Class is not working in REDWOOD

Summary:

Redwood: Mass Change Item Class
We have performed the setup configuration and create the guided task as instructed in Redwood Implementation Notes.
While performing ,Task: Review and Submit, as per instruction we followed but in the downloaded excel we have not found any 'Add-Ins' add on in the excel.
And due to that we are not able to upload the changes.
Kindly request to please look into this issue and let us know the issue reason.
