Unable to share app from Designer view

Summary:

I am trying to share the application from Designer mode with a colleague so they can test it before it is deployed. However, I receive an error when I click Share from the top-right dropdown, following the steps described in the Oracle documentation.

I also have another application in a different project that I can share without any issues. Both projects appear to be configured in a similar way.

Could anyone please let me know if there is any additional configuration or setting that I might be missing?
