Enable Change Audit: How Are Others Handling Change Audit Reasons?

Hi all,

We are testing the Change Audit feature for Time Cards. My understanding is that change audit reasons must be configured before the feature can be used, even if reasons are not required in our instance. (Side note: I also upvoted this related idea).

We are considering three reasons: “Update made by Employee,” “Update made by Line Manager,” and “Update made by Administrator.” However, this feels a bit clunky because all three reasons appear for all users. For example, an employee could select “Update made by Administrator,” or a Line Manager could select “Update made by Employee.”
